Appointments and availability
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until the booking system confirms the appointment. We may need to verify provider, room, service, or scheduling details before a request is accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests made within or exactly 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Questions or exceptions are handled directly by Luxe Glow.
Text-message terms
By separately opting in to text messages, you agree to receive the message category you selected: transactional messages, marketing messages, or both. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Age requirement for text messages
The text-message program is intended for individuals age 18 or older (18+). If a service is being arranged for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide any required communications consent and handle booking or service decisions as applicable.
Payments
Payment terms presented during a confirmed purchase or appointment process control that transaction. Luxe Glow does not ask clients to provide payment-card details through website chat or ordinary text messages.
